How do I track the shipping on my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates will be available through that email or through your order history on the website.For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.

What are my shipping options?

We have a lot of shipping options. You can overnight something if you need, or go the slow ground route if it isn’t a rush.

What should I do if my package is damaged?

If your package has been damaged. We will replace it free of charge. Please email us as we work with these on a case by case basis. We can be reached at: info@cnpusa.com

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! Sometimes it can take a few days longer, but usually it arrives within 7-14 days.

How long does shipping take?

Depending on what shipping you pick, it can be anywhere from 1-7 days.

If you chose free shipping, we will pick what is best for us. We usually ship everything Priority Mail, which is 1-3 days.

If it is something small and under 10 ounces, we will ship it First Class Mail which takes 3-7 days to receive.

How do you ship the "Free Shipping" option?

We will usually ship the “Free Shipping” option Priority Mail, through the USPS. In some rare cases, we will ship through UPS or FedEx Ground when the package is too heavy for USPS.

Note: Free shipping only applies to the USA. If you are an international shopper, you will not get the option for free shipping.
