How do I track the shipping on my order?
You will receive a tracking number by email when your order has been dispatched. Tracking updates will be available through that email or through your order history on the website. For customers with a registered online profile, tracking information may also be accessed from within the Order History section of your account.

We have a lot of shipping options. You can overnight something if you need, or go the slow ground route if it isn’t a rush.

What should I do if my package is damaged?
If your package has been damaged. We will replace it free of charge. Please email us as we work with these on a case by case basis. We can be reached at: info@cnpusa.com
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Sometimes it can take a few days longer, but usually it arrives within 7-14 days.
Complete Natural Products is pleased to offer international shipping to many destinations worldwide. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery of packages shipped internationally due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays, shipping carrier issues, or local delivery problems.

What is the handling time?
If your order is placed during week days (business days), we handle it the same day. The next day if it's placed after 4 pm (Mountain Standard Time).
If the order is placed after 4pm on Friday, we will handle it first thing on Monday morning. Sometimes we can handle orders on Saturdays, yet they ship on Mondays morning.
What is the shipping time?
Depending on what shipping you pick, it can be anywhere from 1-7 days. We offer multiple carriers in the drop down menu (at checkout) from USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx.
If you chose free shipping, we will pick what is best for us. We usually ship everything USPS Ground Advantage, which is 2-7 days depending on where you reside.
For those who live in Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Virgin Islands and the other US territories, free shipping can take 5-14 days.
How do you ship the "Free Shipping" option?
We will usually ship the “Free Shipping” option USPS Ground Advantage, through the USPS. In some rare cases, we will ship through UPS or FedEx Ground when the package is too heavy for USPS.
Note: Free shipping only applies to the USA. If you are an international shopper, you will not get the option for free shipping.
